2 Years, 4 Months (March) :: Visits, Blackouts, Easter Eggs and the Train...

March was a wild month. We had a nor'easter that had winds so strong several trees were blown down in the neighborhood and fell on the power lines. Gram was visiting and we were glad she was here! After she left, we were without power for almost a week. After a few days without power we were pretty miserable - we couldn't cook and the house was freezing. We cashed in my Hilton points from my business travel and moved into a hotel for three days. After a few days without power, staying in a hotel felt like a luxurious mini-vacation. We were thrilled to move home when the lights came back on.

We also closed on our condo in Boston this month - it is finally sold! We're feeling relieved that it's done and that we can move on...

Sophia and Ethan are wanting to do everything themselves - "My do it!" is one of their favorite phrases these days. They are also talking in several-word sentences and tell us stories about their days at bedtime.
