Five and a Half Months :: First Solid Food! (and lots of other pics, too!)

Sophia and Ethan this past week! It was so hot this past week that they're wearing SHORT SLEEVES for the first time! Yay!

Spring has sprung. There are now the beginnings of leaves and flowers on the trees outside our nursery window.

Sophia works on sitting in the Bumbo seat. Her head is so big in propotion to her body that sitting up can be something of a chore!

And finally... solid food! Up until now we've been going through about 16 bottles a day. And all those finished bottles need to be taken apart and washed in the dishwasher. It's quite a task! We have a series of bins to sort it all out...
After they're cleaned up, the bottle parts get put in the "clean" bins where they wait to be made into new bottles.

Sophia wasn't so comfortable in her booster seat, so we moved her to a much more comfortable bouncy seat...

Church and a trip to Concord and Sudbury

After last week I was feeling so good that we took the kids to church for the first time. Our congregation is working on finding a new minister, so we decided to go and hear the ministerial candidate speak. His name is Fred Small and he was wonderful. Ethan and Sophia especially loved the singing!
